Deloraine Dramatic Society 'Vaudeville Show'

Papaver nudical, and heleborus, my seasonal favourites.

We recently got involved with the Deloraine Dramatic Society to help create a whimsical, mercurial installation for their Vaudeville Show. Featuring plenty of seasonal foragings, in rich red, coopers and bronze, with a splash of our favourite seasonal flower, Iceland poppies or Papaver nudical.

Chaenonemeles japonica, a Winter show stopper.

The chaenonemeles or japonica, or Winter Flowering Quince, was a standout, as it always is this time of year. I think it's important to appreciate the colour of Winter, if you look hard enough, you can find magic.

Salix tortuosa and coprosma, displaying texture, height and colour.
